We at Terra Firma want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us.
We will accept returns within 7 days of delivery so long as the product is returned to us in its unopened original state. You will only be charged the cost of delivery and the cost of the collection, (unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective).
Please note that we cannot accept returns unless we arrange collection or if you deliver them to us by hand with prior written permission.
If you wish to cancel your order, then as soon as we receive notice of your cancellation we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item less the item's normal postage charge - we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. Please ensure that when delivery is made all goods are checked and any breakages are stated clearly on the delivery note. This will ensure a speedy response from our customer services as all our deliveries are insured against breakages.
In the event that you sign for goods that are damaged and do not clearly state on the delivery note of the damage we reserve the right to refuse any replacements or refunds.
Please be aware that we request a written confirmation of any breakages within 24 hours of the delivery arriving with you. Please email our customer services team.
